NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE AT LEAST 13 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES. 1. Eligibility; General

This sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years old or older. Minors are not eligible to participate without consent from a parent or legal guardian. Employees of Benny’s Eyewear (“Benny’s Eyewear”), its promotional partners a_sutherlandbelle (Xandy Nichols), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, immediate family members, and household members are not eligible.

By entering, you agree to comply with these Official Rules, all applicable laws, and the decisions of Benny’s Eyewear, which are final and binding.

2. Binding Agreement

These Official Rules constitute a legally binding agreement. Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. EST on February 20, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on February 24, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter

On the Instagram post dated February 20, 2026:

• Follow @a_sutherlandbelle and @bennyseyewear
• Like and share the post
• Tag friends (one tag = one entry)

Limit 100 entries per person. Multiple accounts or duplicate entries are not permitted.

5. Selection of Winner

One (1) potential winner will be selected via random drawing on or about February 26, 2026.

6. Winner Verification

Winner eligibility is subject to verification by Benny’s Eyewear. Entries may be disqualified for rule violations, tampering, or unsportsmanlike conduct.

Prizes

One winner will receive two (2) pairs of Nora style reading glasses in the color and strength of their choice, with a total approximate retail value of $338.

7. General Prize Conditions

No substitutions or cash equivalents permitted. Prizes are subject to availability.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Official Notification

Winners will be notified via email or social media and must respond within seven (7) days.

10. No Social Media Platform Endorsement

This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.

11. Privacy

Information collected will be used in accordance with the privacy policies of Benny’s Eyewear and A_sutherlandbelle.

12. User-Generated Content

By submitting content, you grant Benny’s Eyewear a perpetual, worldwide license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

13. Likeness

Entrants grant Benny’s Eyewear the right to use name, likeness, and related information without additional compensation.

14–23. Legal Provisions

Includes termination rights, releases, limitation of liability, taxes, force majeure, governing law (Michigan), dispute resolution, severability, and jury trial waiver.
